Pretentious clientelle, over-priced bar, food no better than mediocre. Over-rated style over substance plonker magnet. Why do people go to places like this - they are being suckered by the hype - more the fools them I guess.

The food at lunchtime was overpriced and bland. the staff totally uninterested. they don't do take-away coffee. And there is a TV on constantly showing Fasdhion TV - with the sound off. What's the point. even the staff couldn't understand whey a TV in a pub is showing fashion shows.

yeah not bad, but not all that flash either. went along because apparently i had to go since i visiting edinburgh. would i go back, for a meal yes, on a busy sat night no, too many wannabe this that and the other chumps and love-me-do wannabe footballer wives.

I like the LivingRoom, the standard is always good. Staff are friendly and efficient(if you want a booth they will go out of their way to get you one). Food has always been good and I would recommend eating here, the kitchen is open late so you can have a late dinner at 11pm which I love! Havent been in for lunch but the menu looks good. They usually have live music in the cocktail bar and the ambience is great. Can get a tad too busy in the bar so that you cannot move which is a pain but overall this place is cool and worth a definate lookin if you are in Edinburgh.
