This place looks chic and charges accordingly, but really lets itself down in two important aspects:
1 Standard of both mens and womens loos is deplorable (smelly, no working locks in either, gents loo seat unhinged and unfixed weeks after being reported); and
2 One of the full time wee guys behind the counter is among the most unhappy pub servers ever seen this side of the Leonard Cohen theme bar. Sulky and scowling, he gives you a welcome you'll never repeat.

Allison really likes this place. Food was really tasty last time we ate. Beer choice is good. While it can be chilly next to the doors it's got a relaxed atmos.

A terrible meal at this place.
The staff were rude and obnoxious, ignoring us for quite some time.
Would definitely not recommend or attend this place again.

well where to start, used to be a dark little pub, fun though. Had a revamp now a very nice pub, shame they took all the old staff away and replaced them with amatures, please go into the pub and stand at the bar as 3 or 4 members of staff talk at the hatch as you stand! Ask for the manager and he is probably kicking back downstairs without a care in the world. As for food service, been in a couple of times with very different results. Maybe try and get things right every time? would be a good start.
